Theatre has a members club called The Atre (Ji Atore in Japanese).
Members are entiled to buy tickets about two weeks before general
booking opens.

- Location and access: On the west side of
Shinjuku. One minute from Hatsudai Station (Keio New Line) central
exit.

- Comments: Excellent acoustics.
State-of-the-art gadgetry. Excellent, and very large, backstage
facilities. Rather sombre interior to the Opera House, better
ambience in the medium-sized Play House. Unlike private
organizations such as Bunkamura and Suntory Hall, the
government-run New National Theatre does not provide much printed
information in English though there is some on the website. The
opera 'season' lasts from September to July. Cast lists are
released about five months before productions.
